		<description><![CDATA[This is an ok review but I think it&#039;s clear that the USB 3.0 is not actually being given a good chance to operate at it&#039;s full capacity.  USB 3.0 is theoretically capable of 500MB/s transfer speeds in full duplex.  These tests show it reaching it&#039;s roof at less then 20% of it&#039;s expected potential.  My guess is the slow speeds are due to the slow drive used in the review (5400RPM 2.5&quot; drive).   I would like to see the transfer speeds if a USB 3.0 Solid State Drive were used,  or even a normal 7200RPM desktop drive would be better.]]></description>
