At the end of the day Samsung's 930MP, which can currently be found for $710USD on NewEgg.com, is an exciting option for both businesses and home users. The price point is a bit steep but it depends on how you look at it. Since this display can function as both a TV and LCD monitor one could argue that spending $350 on a LCD monitor and $350 on a 19" LCD TV would be well worth the money. To break it down, the 19" LCD monitor aspect of it is superb. Its TV functionality is good as well but if you have basic cable or just use the antenna feature of the display than you will have to settle for a so-so image quality. Of course if you have HDTV then you should be quite satisfied with the display speaking from our experience with the high resolution PC input.

The BFR Breakdown

Display Quality : When using it as a PC monitor (using a graphics card as the main input) then the quality is terrific. When using cable TV or a composite connection, the quality is degraded. If you have HDTV and a component cable for your console then you should experience a more vibrant display.
Ease of Calibration: The monitor was self adjusted the first time I plugged it, never needed any adjusting. If the picture still needs to be adjusted it comes with a one-touch auto calibration button.
Accessories: Comes with an analog cord (no DVI cord included), power cord, software disc, remote control.
Exterior Looks: Nice silver color on both the front and back. Buttons located on the side of the panel which gives the face of the monitor a clean look.
Ease of Installation : If you know which cords plug into which input then installation is quite easy.
Ghosting: No visual ghosting was noticed during any of the testing.
