With the holidays right around the corner many enthusiasts are in the market for a brand new video card. Given today's economic climate, shoppers more then ever are trying to get the biggest bang for their buck. Still, some may want the fastest card out there, regardless of its price, leading them towards the HIS Radeon HD 4870. Others are looking to upgrade their card that they've had for the past 3-4 years and is a couple generations old. They don't want to spend a lot of money but don't want to have to replace their card next year. In their case they will probably want to shoot for a card in the $100-$200 range which means that the 4830 IceQ4 from HIS might just be the card for them. Today we will look at the brand new 4830 IceQ4 and see how it stacks up against the Radeon HD 4670, HD 4850 and the GeForce 9800 GT.
