The name Abit is as close to a household name as any when it comes to motherboard brands Abit has been around for quite some and has delivered some really stellar products in their past. The IC7-MAX3 was one such product that was a home run for Abit and really won enthusiasts over. Post IC7, Abit started fade during the 2004 and 2005 years but have recently made a come back into the spotlight. Today, Abit is back in black quite literally as we review their new AW9D-MAX motherboard. The MAX tag has been used to represent the highest end products from Abit so we should expect the AW9D-MAX to follow suit and really wow us.
