The last time we reviewed an AGP based graphic card was in September of last year. When we reviewed the X700 AGP we were almost sure that it was going to be the last AGP card we reviewed ever. Well, as you know, we were definitely wrong. Today we have the X1300 IceQ Turbo 256MB, another AGP based card from HIS. We recently reviewed the PCI Express version of this card and the two are essentially identical to each other other than the difference in graphics platforms. This card is a Turbo edition card which means it comes pre-overclocked right out of the factory with a core and memory speeds of 600MHz and 400MHz (800MHz effective) respectively.
